I'm a slow techer.

As you can see I am not moving at a rapid pace.  It takes me a while to learn something new.  I often have to repeat it a few times before I become comfortable with it.  I finally figured out thing 4 and 5. I was able to subscribe to the websites suggested and boy was I proud of myself.  I can't wait to subscribe to websites that I know will be helpful and tools for my teaching.  I am aslo excited that I will be able to keep up with my principal's blogging and tweeting. Now onto Thing 6,7,and 8.  I can't wait!!!!

  1. I know how you feel slow techer. I was not so sure about this online class. I do love the step by step directions the online teachers have provided. I'm feeling a little bit closer to comfortable with all this web 2.0 stuff. Hang in there!

  2. I think many of us are feeling the same way. I am familiar with some of the technologies introduced in this class, but others are brand new to me and there's a definite learning curve. But we can do it!

  3. "If at first you don't succeed, try, try, again" is certainly applicable to the tech world. I've learned so much from this class because there are directions to help guide us. Keep plugging away, you will enjoy it!

  4. Keep at it! I've found so many useful things as I have progressed through the course that I can use with my students. Just go at your own pace and don't worry about feeling slow, just enjoy it and have fun learning!

  5. I may be worse at this than you! This will be my 4th attempt to get this on here and by now, I have written so much, I have nothing left. It all goes out in orbit somewhere.
